No. But, this is the beauty of our box. Every month, you'll receive new and exciting designs delivered to your door. And you will undoubtedly enjoy them!
What's the size and material of the socks?
Almost everyone can wear our socks. The sizes range from 5 to 12. Depending on the season and collection, the material varies on different types of designs.
How much does shipping cost?
Subscription orders in the United States receive free shipping.
When does my order ship?
Your first subscription will be shipped within 5 business days of placing your order. Your subsequent shipments will be sent on the 5th or 15th of each month based on the date you placed the orders.
How do I cancel or skip my subscription?
We will miss you! If you already have a lot of product or will be out of the country on the next delivery date, you may want to postpone your next subscription order. In your customer portal, you can skip and un-skip any upcoming orders. If you need to cancel or skip a pre-paid shipment during the current subscription cycle, please email us at support@plusehll.com.
