Shipping & Return Policy

Free Shipping
All orders over $69 that are being shipped to an address within the continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) are qualified for free shipping. To redeem the free shipping offer, enter FREESHIPPING in the coupon code box. International orders are not qualified for free shipping.


Processing Time
Please note that we require 1 to 3 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.

For Back-ordered Items
If your order contains back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.
Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.


Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@plushell.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

 

Return Policy  
At Plushell, we offer free 30-day returns on all U.S. orders. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchange Policy
We DO NOT offer direct exchange. Please return the order for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after arrival, and we will send a confirmation email.

Lost/Stolen Packages
Best Trends Online Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Late or Missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
